All units have a stack washer & dryer, Air-Conditioning and Dishwasher. Online rent payments. Only one person occupancy. Strictly no pets allowed. Mail room with locking mailbox for each unit. Security cameras. Unit entry door has a keyless lock. Entry door to each floor has a keyless lock.
$75 non-refundable application fee. $200 non-refundable administration fee. The security deposit is $775. Leases will end at 10am on July 28th, 2024 or can be renewed for 2024-2025 after move in.
