The rental price includes water/sewer, an on-site dumpster for trash disposal, a monthly utility allowance of $35 for electricity per unit, and hardwire internet access through SkyBest. Parking is available for an additional $60 per month. No guest parking available. Sorry, these units are not pet friendly.
