University Overlook - ADA Unit The Laurel: Premier Student Housing! Walk to Campus! - University Overlook is located just across the street from the Convocation Center at ASU and has an AppalCART stop nearby. This complex has two floor plans of studio apartments, The Dogwood and The Laurel. The Laurel is an interior unit with a little more square footage so that you can maximize your living space! All units have granite counters, luxury vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and a ceiling fan in the living/bedroom.
Unit 206 is an ADA unit with handicap accessible shower, appliances, and 2-in-1 laundry machine. Only handicap parking is available for this lease, parking fees apply.
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same as the rental amount. The administrative fee is $75 per person. The rental price includes wi-fi, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $80 for water and electricity. Parking at this complex is limited, and spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is an additional $60 per month. There is no guest parking available, and these units are NOT pet-friendly.
