Rent for April to July 28th, 2024 is $750/month. Lease is renewable at $800/month for August 2024 - July 28th, 2025.
Rent includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. These units do not include washer/dryer hookups. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants. Online rent payments and 12 month individual leases.
Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $600 refundable security deposit is due.
