Furry friends are welcome, with a limit of 1 pet per bedroom There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Size and breed restrictions may apply, so make sure to ask your leasing representative before applying.

Security deposit is the same as the rent with a $75 administration fee per tenant. The rental price includes standard Internet, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $70 for water and electricity per bedroom.
