There was an issue with the pool and Ms. Tiana made sure the issue was fixed within 72 hours. The pool is clean and blue like it should be. She even took the time out of her day to send me an email regarding the status. I really appreciated that. I was extremely frustrated with the issues in my apartment and Ms. Brenda sat with me and Input every single work order, and I really appreciated that. Ive had issues with the app, so she was extremely helpful. Ms. Brenda was extremely patient and thats something I realize is hard when dealing with residents. Angelina is also very responsive and tries her best to make sure she follows up when I have issues. I appreciate them and hope they are here for the long run. I do still have issues with my apartment that maintenance has not responded to and Im hoping thats resolved soon. Equity needs to hire or assign more maintenance persons for this property. Although there are Emergencies that supersede others, unfixed issues really make for uncomfortable living conditions. Its always best to put yourself in a residents shoes, and not downplay their issues just because it doesnt seem like an emergency. I experience that more from the newer agents. But Im hoping they find their footing. I do enjoy living here and will renew my lease. But Im hoping that the slow running water/clogs (amongst other issues) in my home get resolved soon. Ive lived in the area for 10 years. And I can say its my favorite property thus far. Lots of nice people. Lots of kiddos and doggies. Very homey feel. And its full of diversitywhich is always amazing.

Our Leasing Consultant, Angelina was such a great and friendly person to work with when looking for an apartment at Mark Center. She was always available to answer questions and any concerns we had in a timely manner. I definitely do not second guess my choice with choosing to live at Mark Center and am glad we had Angelina to help us out!

This property has been the extremely helpful since day one of my search of A new home . I started my search in December of 2021. It was super easy to Get a virtual and self guide tour appt . From there I met Taylor who is extremely awesome . She answered all my questions and concerns and completely made me feel like This would be A great selection for A new home . Fast forwarding I was able to least my home and move in with a further date that worked for me . They totally work with you here and thats the best feeling especially the recent pandemic! Since my move in like any apt there were small hiccups but as soon as I notified the rental office it was taken care of . I plan to continue my lease with this property with homes to eventually transfer to a town home . This property will totally support your move to the best of the ability even the after hrs or on call Maintenance have really been top tier in responding and double back checking on your unit to make sure everything is going smoothly! I rarely do a review but This one was highly deserving ! Also Kyle is A awesome guy , literally the way the will actually contact you immediately via email is Great ! Thanks again Town Homes !!

I lived here from 18-21. Realized I never did a review. As many other reviews stated, security was a huge issue. No cameras, gates always broken, packages stolen. The biggest issue I ran into was communication. There was either very little or it was poorly managed. From the time a resident got shot, to when they repaved the parking lot and told residents to park in the fire lane and we all got ticketed the next morning. Maintenance was non-existent, my last apartment I literally asked them for a lightbulb to change it myself. (It was one of those specialty kinds you cant buy in stores. Never received it, or the order to fix it) The apartments themselves werent bad, I thought they were quiet and well taken care of. Close out was stupid (expecting tenant to shampoo carpet) but I got the majority of my deposit back after some negotiations. Overall not a bad place to live, but definitely needs some improvement. Also if you drive a larger car have fun parking, the lot is built for smart cars so there is only about 6 easy spots to park.
