It's conveniently located by the metro and there's a lot of new stores and services popping up in the vicinities, but the best thing really is the staff. They're always willing to help and you can always rely on the maintenance services. Some of neighbors are inconsiderate regarding the common facilities, but it's how it goes anywhere.
Great staff and great location (walking) to public transit (Metro, VRE, DCA, Amtrak) and shopping (Pentagon City Mall) and restaurants.
