Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at the Lenox Club so my fiancée and I can move in together.

Rent my beautiful & spacious 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment on the 15th floor of a luxury building in the vibrant Pentagon City neighborhood. Washer/dryer in unit, large walk-in closet, 2 more closets and a linen closet in the bathroom, big balcony with an unforgettable view of the Washington Monument, the Capitol, and more! Convenient layout with the bathroom being accessible from the bedroom and the hallway. 5 min walk to the Pentagon City Metro, 7 min to the mall, and Whole Foods is literally across the street! I've lived here 5 years and have absolutely loved it, and would stay here indefinitely if I wasn't moving in with my partner.

I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease (NOT a sublease) until May 16, 2021 - the start date is flexible, I can move out whenever someone is ready to move in, just need a week or so notice. You have NO security deposit, move in fee, or amenity fee to pay since mine transfers (and the amenities here are amazing!). Everything is done directly through management, so there is a $54 application fee; you get the benefit of my costs also - rent is $1730 monthly & garage parking is $37.50/month for 1 space (normally $75, additional spaces are available), and you can renew at the end of the lease term. BONUS - you get my $500 security deposit back in May!! Management has inspected my apartment and there are no deductions to be made, so that is yours to keep!

Pets Allowed! Cat(s) & Dog(s) - 2 pet maximum per home, monthly rent of $55 per pet. Breed restrictions apply.
