I loved living at lofts. My apartment was clean. I never saw a single bug (or other critter) anywhere and I lived there for 3 years. Only reason I left was because I moved out of the state or I would've stayed longer. My apartment was on the 4th floor facing the pool and i didnt notice the construction noise at all. I loved the team they are so nice and helpful. I had a few maintenence things over the year and they fixed me right up. Thanks guys! Someone move into my apartment!!!!

Lofts 590 started off on such a good foot with me, but at the end it started to just slowly get worse.
Pros: The concierge(s) are top caliber and always willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance is fast and hard working!
The leasing office staff has changed out over the last 6-9 months and its not quite the same as it used to be. There have also been a lot more sanitary issues with spills in the stairwells and by the doors.
The biggest reason Im moving is due to the company wanting to charge me more to live here, but list my place for 300 less to a new resident. Sorry, I dont love this place that much to pay you more for getting the same (really its less than previously)

Everything is great so far and I love living here. However, you can hear footsteps and other noises constantly above you and its very loud. It affects my sleep a lot every night that I have to wear earplugs to find some peace. Sometimes even with earplugs, you can still be awaken by the noise, and thats how loud it is. I would recommend to live at the top floor.
