My honest assessment of Belle Pre's location, amenities, office staff, and maintenance staff is provided below: Location - the location of Belle Pre is perfect. Three blocks to the Braddock Road Metro Station. Five blocks to Trader Joe's. Eight blocks to the beautiful parks along the Potomac River. Ten blocks to King Street/Old Town. Everything is walkable. I put less than 1000 miles on my car in the three years we have lived here. Amenities - the pool and the outdoor seating/grilling areas provide beautiful surroundings to read a book or talk with friends. The fully equipped gym is clean and well lit. The parking garage is easily accessible and secure. The package delivery process is efficient and organized. Office Staff - Friendly, organized, responsive. Whenever I walk into the office I am greeted immediately by a friendly face and a true desire to answer my question or respond to my concern. Maintenance Staff - Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, friendly and mindful of my privacy. Every issue that I have had (things break, nothing is perfect) has been fixed in a timely and efficient manner. The Belle Pre Team is outstanding. Everyone is friendly and customer focused. I highly recommend living here.

Before moving to 1111 Belle Pre, I used to bounce around a lot, not liking to stay in one apt for too long. I can't say that when I moved there in February 2014 I intended to stay as long as I did, but I ended up being there for 8 years - by far the longest I've lived in any apartment. That's a testament to the community and all the people that work there from the concierge desk to the leasing office to maintenance. They were all delightful and made a restless guy like me truly feel at home. If I needed anything Marcia and the leasing office were always ready to help, and any maintenance requests were handled swiftly and affably. I thoroughly enjoyed my time living there.

I've lived in a lot of apartments over the years and I think Equity Apartment buildings are the way to go. Belle Pre is my third apartment with Equity, and it is the best of the best. The place was always super clean and the staff is really friendly (especially Gideon and Marcia). I had to end my lease early, but they made that process very straightforward as well. They seriously go the extra mile here!
