-Income to be equal to 2.5 to 3 times the actual rent.

-This is a Smoke Free Property. (No tobacco, marijuana, or vaping.)
-We are looking for a tenant interested in a long term lease of 12 months or more.
-This property is management by VIBE Management- all applications & credit reports will be run through our management portal on all occupants over age 18, we do not accept co-signors. We do not accept outside applications or credit reports. The application process including running credit is $49.00 per person.
-Paying rent(s) thru the management portal is a requirement and there is a per transaction fee of $2.49 to pay by eCheck. If you choose to pay by debit or credit card there are different fee's associated with that, please inquire if that is your preference.
-Showings are by appointment with VIBE Management with a min of 48 hours notice for all showings.
-VIBE Management hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 6pm, Showings on the weekends are available with advanced notice.
