I enjoy this community a lot and amenities are great! I love the gym. Its massive, I dont even need to sign up for one. Martin was a huge help getting me moved in quickly and taken care of. Maintenance is also extremely responsive. Jose is super helpful and gets the issue resolved almost immediately!

Love this apartment. I've been living here for about a year and a half and it's been such a great experience. The leasing office and management team is very responsive which was my main concern when looking for an apartment and they are extremely sweet - left me a handwritten birthday card. How sweet?! The apartment itself has great amenities and it's also a fairly quiet community which is another plus.
The complex is in a prime location - walking distance to a lot which is a major perk.
Overall, I'd recommend anyone to live here. Nothing negative to say.

I have really enjoyed living at the Avalon Park Crest for the past 7 months! The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, and the amenities are great. Ive heard about noise complaints, but I live next to the trash room and the elevator and Ive never been bothered by either. I am particularly impressed with the maintenance Ive put in two requests and both were fixed completely on the same day. Salvador in particular was extremely efficient and kind! I definitely recommend this place!
