Wanted to write to thank Peter and Pedro from the maintenance team for their excellent service. They are both friendly and attentive and their work is high quality. Peter recently made several repairs in my bathroom and everything is working great!! Pedro is a tremendous asset to the community and I am so happy he has returned!! Thanks again guys!!

Loved living here and would recommend. I lived here for a few years. If I recall, we chose an apartment online without seeing it first and, miraculously, it turned out fine. Management and residents are generally nice and polite. Parking in most areas of the complex is easy to find. Rent and utilities are reasonable. The pool, basketball court, and and tennis courts are fun, but tennis courts could use a little updating. My reason for docking 1 star is that the complex is just old, which means things will break. The maintenance guys were great though and usually took care of things promptly. We literally called once about an emergency at 2am and they came out to fix it within an hour. My only other complaint is the trash valet service. At least once or twice a month, the trash would not get picked up, even if we set out an hour early. Otherwise though, it's a safe, quiet, and convenient (Walmart and Target are across street!) place to live, and I would recommend. We ultimately moved out after buying a place, but I did meet a few residents who have been there for 5+ years, which says a lot.
