I got the opportunity to live here almost 2 years. I absolutely love my apartment but could never make it a home. Half my neighbors are college students who don't have any regard for others. Hanging out in the parking lot at 1 or 2 in the morning started to get annoying. The apartment itself is ridiculously overpriced. I don't even have good appliances. They raised my rent a total of $800 within 18 months. The reason they said was because that was the base that other apartments were at, that has nothing to do with me. Now I have no choice to move. I felt pushed out. I'll miss all this extra space though. If you do worry about a budget, don't move here

It's been a year since I moved into this neighborhood. Eaves is a wonderful apartment community with excellent customer service and leasing personnel. Any issue that arises within the flat is fixed the next day. The leasing office's Eddy is quite friendly and capable of rapidly resolving any difficulties. Everything is really convenient and transparent.

We have had a wonderful time living in the eaves community. The maintenance staff has been extremely courteous and helpful. Quick service and emergency service whenever some repair came up. They made the renting experience simple. Alex, one of the maintenance staff has been gone out of his way to help us. Including us while we moved.
