These apartments are clean and well managed by Erika who was phenomenal with making us feel welcomed and also helped us with managing rent during the 2020 pandemic. The apartments are super clean and maintenance was fast on helping us fix any issues we may have had in the unit.

Living in an apartment complex for the first time in many years, I was not sure what to expect. There have been a few things that have happened, water heater went out, washing machine on the fritz. When those and other minor situations happened, Melissa and Alex have been wonderful! They listen, they hear, and they take action. The grounds are very well maintained, snow removal taken care of in a timely manner. Maricela and Chuy are everywhere constantly making the complex shine. It is a pleasure to be here, and a comfort knowing the fantastic crew at Colonial Court!

You have to love the Legion. It takes me back to the 80s with the basement bar and restaurant. Great place for a beer and Friday fish fry.
Crisp cod and yummy potato pancakes, but most importantly they go above and beyond with customer service! Highly recommend.
Plus, they deliver to nearby areas for added convenience!
Fish fry was plenty included potatoe pancakes and pint beer. Also tried chicken tenders, were bigger than expected with good amount of fries. Tiny restrooms. Will visit them again!

Amazing place with amazing food, but with the airflow they have, you can smell the deep fryers just a little too well for some people's taste.
