Located in the highly sought out neighborhood, Gordonston, this charming abode home nestled beneath Majestic Magnolia trees, with beautiful curb appeal, a private driveway, a large fenced in yard, a screened in patio, and a large front porch which is quintessential in the south.

Heading inside, the main gathering room consists of large plush sofas that face a brick fireplace and flat screen television, with a sleeper sofa for visiting friends or family! This space also opens up to the dining space, where you can gather for home cooked meals. The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, and fully stocked with everything needed to prepare all of your favorite meals.

You'll find the three spacious bedrooms on opposite ends of the home. Just off of the living room, the primary suite features a Queen size bed, spacious closet, and an en-suite. Moving across the home, you can find the two additional bedrooms that are down the hall from each other, both made-up with Queen size beds, each offering an ample amount of closet space. There is a full size bathroom with a large vanity, and tub-shower combination at the end of the hall as the bedrooms share.

Our screened-in porch is the perfect place to hang out and soak in the Savannah weather while staying mosquito-free! On the other side of the screen, we have a sizable deck with a gas grill and Solo Stove (smokeless fire pit) and an added benefit for those nights when you really want to relax - the 4-6 person inflatable hot tub for you to stare up at the stars and relax the night away.
