I currently live here and One West Victory is located very conveniently to the scad academic buildings I need to go to. I dont know about anyone else but when i arrived in june at the start of my lease the apartment I was placed into had a gnat problem, they were absolutely everywhere, and now since the start of the new school year I have roaches and ants. my roommate and I left for winter break leaving the apartment completely cleaned and the fridge and VERY minimal Cabinets spaces empty of food only to come back to a literal pile of roaches in the kitchen area. My roommate and I wiped down all the surfaces, mopped the floors, vacuumed once we got back from break. I washed my sheets that same day.. i woke up that night with a roach in my bed. and i went to the bathroom there were 5 roaches in the shower and 3 on the floor by the toilet. i then went to the kitchen only to find 6 more roaches scurrying around the kitchen sink, the stove top and the outer fridge lining. they come through the cracks where the wall meets the floor and where the holes allowing pipes and wires to go through the wall to connect to the various plumbing and electrical appliances. Ofcourse i could complain to management but odds are im just going to be told to buy my own roach traps as if the roaches are my fault. Other things that aren't great (but are overshadowed by the roaches [my biggest problem) include the paper thin walls, you can here everything from the hallways and outside windows (including the garbage truck that wakes me up every morning between (12am - 4 am). Maintenance/owners/employees will come into the apartment without any notice which is honestly rude considering im paying $800+ a month to have keys and call it "my apartment" I wouldnt be so opposed if i got a good 24 hours notice (pray to God Im not naked and in the shower the next time someone comes knocking on my door because odds are even if I dont answer they will let themselves in. and finally while you have some say in who you room with (the roommate Application) you never know when you are going to get a roommate. apparently most residents get an email when a roommate has been chosen. my former roommate (who was here long before i moved in got one maybe an hour before my move in time, however I wouldn't know for sure if these emails are real because I never got said email when my new roommate came through the door. Im not an unreasonable person, I'm not gonna put up a fight when someone who is payed or paying to maintain or stay at the place knocks on my door to come in, but notice as to who, when and why, would be appreciated and leave me with a lot less distain for the place. I believe One west is the most affordable option for students trying to live in savannah ( Im stuck living here until I graduate [3 years] solely for that reason) the management is nice enough, very friendly but not much else can be said for courtesy and cleanliness.

I LOVE One West Victory! The plethora of amenities, including the attached study room in the clubhouse, are awesome. Plus, it saves you a trip to the library. Also the staff at One West Victory are always attentive to every resident's needs, especially Scott who deals with a wide variety of maintenance related problems. He always comes through though! In addition to being a perfect location for SCAD students, having the shuttle to take you to and from class is such a blessing. One West Victory is the ideal place to live if you're a student!

Because of the hurricane , I had to stay in a hotel, but after the hurricane they didn't allow me to get move in, because another officer arrives Savannah on 14. Actually I had to move in on 10, and they were in the office on 12, just keep said on Thursday. one star is even big for them

I rescind my previous review. They try really hard through most of the year, occasionally ignore requests but not too bad. Then once the school year ends? I needed to break my lease because I'm moving home, but they won't allow it because too many other people did. That's not my fault, why shouldn't I be able to as well? They won't even let me end my parking sticker for a car I don't own anymore. If you're a senior dont live here or you'll get trapped.

I signed a lease for four months and regretted it after the first week of moving in. The leasing office is completely unorganized. There's new management but it's still horrible. Every time I ask to speak to the property manager, they always turn me to the assistant which is annoying. They will tell you one thing, then switch up. It's all about money with them and IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Don't waste your time even looking into this place. They hype up the units but there is always something wrong with the wifi or the power. It's ridiculous. Think twice before moving here.

If I could rate this place less than a star i would. They make it sound all good until you actually have to live here. The property is dirty(THERES DOG MESS IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM AS WE SPEAK. Everything is literally always dirty and unsanitary. What you're paying isn't worth it. For example, they'll be charging residents more for 1st floor units because the units now have a washer...dont fall for it! The washers are literally so small you can only wash one or two items. All the great reviews seen on here are fake. They bribe the residents with food and gifts for a good review. ONE WEST VICTORY APARTMENTS ARE TRASH. Don't live here unless it's your absolute last resort... P.S. theres dog waste on the floor of the laundry room as we speak.

This is my first first year staying in these apartments and they are wonderful. They have great customer service. They are very respectful and fast service. Whenever I need anything they handle it right then and there. I love it! I would definitly recommend these apartments to anothers.

They've gotten a lot better since they changed to new management. I used to hear tons of stories before I moved here. But now that I live here with this management everything has been pretty good. I think the office should respond to some requests faster but they're nice and do what they can. The rooms are great and the beds are comfy. The internet has issues sometimes though. Also they have these free food Friday events that are super cool. I like them cause 1 free food and 2 we get to meet people and actually know some of the office staff. But yea overall I like them

And you have a private room that you have a key to so extra security and now all of the utilities are included so I don't have to worry about all the bills. Oh and they have been doing awesome events every Friday this year so far today we were treated to a cook out.

I lived at one west for over a year, and out of my three years of living in savannah it has been the most enjoyable living experience. Rent and utilities are so cheap, especially if you include all the amazing amenities they provide! Management is super helpful and nice, they genuinely care about you and any problem you may have. Seriously the best place to live!

I've lived here for nearly a year, and have very few complaints. They've recently hired new management, and the team is so friendly and helpful. Joel, the manager, is the best. There's a lot of nasty reviews on here for some reason, but the value of an apartment at OWV is one of the best in Savannah. It's literally right next to a SCAD dorm and two SCAD buildings, and there's always a security guard around at night. Clean, safe, reliable, as long as you're a decent human. A great place to live.

Random people can just walk into your apartment at any time without warning. DON'T BELIEVE THE SHOWROOMS THEY HAVE. That isn't what the rooms look like and they use only the best furniture, the real rooms are JUNK.Security doesn't do their job. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO BE HAPPY.
