Ok, here is my honest review. After 6 months I decided to renew my lease, you may be asking yourself why? The staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to help you, and yes there is some new apartment complex out there but, they can't beat this staff, 5 to all of you guys, Cristal, Adam and Mike.

Awesome living experience and awesome staff! Great location and home feel! Would HIGHLY recommend living here over anywhere else if you are looking for place that welcomes you and if you want to live in style without the high prices! The apartments are EXACTLY like the model apartment - there is no fluff! I come from Camden Manor - HORRIBLE experience...wish I would have found Seasons first! :)

we recently moved from an Air Force base and are very pleased with our new home they accepted both our dogs a German shepherd and husky and the staff is very helpful and send handwritten letters on occasion remembering birthdays and other events and the pest control they provide helps immensely with the roach population as the northern part of North Carolina doesn't have many natural predators for them overall my wife and I love this place

So. Just last year this apartment rating had under a 1 star rating. You want to know how it has a 3.9 rating so quickly. Well the apartment agency sent the tenants an email asking us to give good ratings for the chance to win a free month of rent. So, let me tell how it is to live here. The apartments are very tiny and overpriced. There are roaches. Only safe to live on the 3rd floor. Shootings . If you can afford this, you can afford to buy a home.

I moved from out of state which was a breeze however i wish I would've looked at the apartment before moving in. I was under the impression I would be receiving a different layout than was given which was very disappointing for me. A couple issues have happened within living here in a month there is a bad case of bugs here that get into your apartment on the first floor. I complained about it before because they are even coming up the water pipes in the bathtub and so far only a door sweep has been installed, but the bugs are still making their way in. Apparently huge water bugs are culture here, but it looks unclean having a huge roach on your floor. Also the dishwasher since day one has spit out dirty brown water. they said they fixed it, but it hasn't improved. Also, when it rains bad here my kitchen windows leak which is definitely a bummer. I have also noticed the unit doesn't stay cool long with the air on..I'm only comparing this to other properties I've lived in. And there's a pricey trash valet fee here...not a huge fan of it. Bedrooms do not have a ceiling light or fan which I found odd. Again, staff is great... but this isn't a place I would stay at if I could get out of my lease. I would personally go up the road where they have more square footage and a better layout for the same price. (1br )

Happy to give this place it's first one star review. The lady in the office was very u welcoming. She actually suggested that we look other places. I had to subtly insist that she show us the property. When she took us to the model home she stood by the entrance and didn't bother to give us a tour. We walked through the apartment by ourselves. At the end she again suggested that we go see other places. It was like she personally didn't want us in the community.

I moved back to the area Sept 2016 and Seasons was at the top of my list. After I met with Adam, I didn't look any further! Crystal and Adam are amazing - actually the entire crew is awesome! Maintenance guys are on it if there are any issues - big or small - even with preventative steps. The central location, upgrades, and amenities are some of the many reasons why I definitely plan on renewing my lease!

I recently relocated to Raleigh from NY and moved into The Seasons at Umstead. My experience here has been AWESOME! The staff onsite are incredibly helpful. They made the transition from NY really easy and were always available to answer any/all questions via phone/email. Since I arrived, things have gone really smoothly. When I moved into my new apartment it was clean and in great condition. The grounds are kept really clean and the amenities (pool/gym) are in great condition. The complex is also in a great location. You're close to downtown Raleigh and Durham. There are also a ton of stores and restaurants within 5-10min of the complex.I've felt really welcomed by the community and would recommend this complex to friends and family!

I've been living here with my partner in one of the two bedroom layouts for over a year. Couldn't be happier! The apartment was handed over in great condition, the staff is super friendly, common spaces are kept in great shape. Whenever we have a maintenance concern we use the online portal and the staff takes care of it, usually in less than 24 hrs.

My girlfriend lived here for a year and everyone inside was absolutely awesome. We feel like they are friends of ours now. The grounds of the complex are kept in impeccable shape. The apartments themselves are exactly as advertised. They're updating a lot of them and my girlfriend happened to be in one of the non-upgraded apartments, but there were no issues while she was there. The pool/common area is perfect for hanging out and all of the residents are wonderful people. I have no complaints and will miss the staff very much!

The management has always been very friendly and helpful, even letting me move in a few days early and pick my apartment the day of (a second came available the day I was moving in). Management just changed and 2/3 office staff stayed, however I have not been here long enough to have an opinion on new management/company. Rarely heard my neighbors, however I had awesome people around me. There are a few noisy dogs two apartments over I can hear from outside my front door, but it is fairly quite. The grounds were always well kept, although drainage behind a few apartments is lacking which cause water bugs to become an issue at times. I was on the second floor and have had around 5-6 in my apartment over 2 years. Always felt safe here, and I've never heard or seen any verbal or physical violence or car/apartment break ins. Neighbors are pretty mixed ranging from families to 20' something young professionals like myself. I'd lean more to the 30+ population. It is walking distance to Umstead park, however it is not walking/bike friendly to any things else, at all. Maintenance was also great, fixing any issue fast and correctly. New maintenance team with this management company so I can't say to much about them other than the main maintenance man doesn't seem as friendly or social compared to the last two guys who were awesome. They left when the new company came in. I have no major complaints. This was a great first apartment for me in a decent location with a great price, at the time. They are doing renovations and increasing the price. I need to move closer to work and keep my rent the same which is why i am leaving. I would recommend this place.
