Mid Town is located off of NE 17th Ave and East Burnside, close to coffee shops (See-See, Khora), a variety of restaurants (Fire on the Mountain, East Burn, Sammich, Luce, Tusk, Matador) and breweries (Coalition, Migration, Level). The building is one block away from a bus stop served by lines 20, 12, and 17, and is only a 20 minute walk into downtown. There are two grocery stores that are easily accessed by car or bus.
Rent is $1195, water/sewer/garbage billed separately. Tenant pays for electricity (PGE) and internet. Laundry is on site, and is free to use on a first come first served basis. Each unit comes with a storage locker in the basement. Off street parking is also available at a first come basis, with plenty of on street parking available as well.
Application fee is $50 and is non refundable. Deposit for move in is equal to one months rent.
