The unit comes with 2 separate bedrooms both with large egress windows to maximize daylight, expansive kitchenette, and stylish living room complete with smart TV. Each space has its own high efficient heater for zonal heating control.
The private entrance is accessible through the video keypad controlled garage door. The front door of your unit also has its own smart lock for a second layer of security!
You'll have in-unit washer dryer, induction cooktop, and large capacity Ninja brand toaster oven (you can cook a casserole/rotisserie chicken in this thing!)
Sufficient lighting throughout brightens the space and gives a warm feel- this doesn't feel like your typical basement unit.
Towels, sheets, dishes all included. Ample street parking available, no off street parking provided.
Numerous bike paths in the neighborhood.

Note: Ceilings are below 8'- most comfortable for guests 5'10" and shorter.
Our family of 3 (1 young child) lives in the main level of the house. There is soundproofing insulation in the majority of the ceiling, though you will occasionally hear footsteps and muffled speech.
