Rental application fee + Credit Check Fee = $60 per applicant (non-refundable once screening begins)
Lease Term: 12 months
All complete applications are processed in the order received. Fees are non-refundable once we start screening your application (approx. $60 for rental application & credit check). Total verifiable household gross income should be at approximately 2.5x the monthly rent. Must have a minimum of one year verifiable rental history. We run credit, criminal, and eviction history. We use RentPrep and a link will be sent for you to initiate the process.

Pets: 1 small pet allowed after pet screening & upon approval.
Renter's Insurance: Required before move-in (must list owner as interested party)
