Any agreements regarding who pays what portion of monthly rent, or how any deposit return will be distributed among current, former, and future housemates must occur as private arrangements between those housemates. RMS does not keep records of who paid what portion of any deposits, and considers the household responsible for total monthly rent as a whole.
3. Any deposit return will be issued as one check in the names of everyone who was on the lease at the time possession of the property is returned to RMS. We encourage current, former, and future housemates to maintain clear and open communication regarding how any deposit return will be distributed as a household.
