LEASE TERMS

-Must provide proof of income (3x amount of rent) in form of pay stubs or tax return
-First full month rent due at lease signing
-Security deposit due before moving in
-Tenant responsible for gas, electric, water/sewer
-Tenant responsible for grass cutting and snow removal
-One Pet Permitted with $50 monthly pet rent (some breed restrictions apply)
-One Time non-refundable pet application fee of $250
-We do not participate in the housing voucher program (No Section 8)
