Welcome to the Rossmore Retreat! This adorable beach house located in Hollywood by the Sea just a short walk to Silver Strand Beach!
When you enter the property, head up the stairs to find the living room, kitchen, main bedroom and a full bathroom. The living room has high ceilings, a fire place, and super cute beach décor. The kitchen has brand new countertops and plenty of cabinet space. Just down the hall, find the main bedroom, with a king bed, and newly updated full bathroom.
Head up one more set of stairs to find the open loft. The loft offers a work space, queen sleeper sofa and sliding glass doors that have direct access to the private sun deck! The sun deck will be the perfect spot to enjoy the sunny days and ocean breeze of Silver Strand.
Back on the first floor, you will find the second bedroom that has a king sized futon that can also be converted into a twin bed. In the room is also, wet bar, closet and en suite full bathroom! The sliding glass doors offer access to the back patio space.
Property includes enough parking for three cars, including one garage spot.
Washer and Dryer included.
Small dogs welcome upon approval. Please submit!
$450 Flat rate utilities - includes water/sewer/trash, gas, electric, and Wi-Fi (no cable)
Be sure to bring your streaming device to use with the television!
