Take a stroll around The Channel Island Marina or enjoy the nearby and convenient bicycle paths. The farmers market takes place every Sunday from 10am to 2pm. You will find organic in-season vegetables, homemade tamales, shaved ice, music & more…..

Not to be missed is the very large community park with a wonderful pirate themed park for the kids just a few blocks from the house. This huge play center is sure to keep the kids begging to go back daily!

We are 55 miles north of LA, about 35 minutes south of Santa Barbara, just 10 minutes from downtown Ventura and 10 minutes from all the great shopping at The Collection in Oxnard.
