Find a Oshkosh Apartment

Oshkosh is a small city located between the beautiful Fox River and the gorgeous Winnebago Lake. Though it is one of the smallest of the Fox Valley cities, it is certainly worth mentioning. The town has become well known for its unusual name, small college town culture, and the famous children’s clothing company Oshkosh B’Gosh. Home of University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, this quiet little town comes alive with students during the school year. However, this vibrancy also continues into the summer months, as the city hosts a number of large events, including one of the country’s most renowned Aviation Conventions and shows.

When to Search

The apartment search directly around the University can be competitive, so the earlier you begin looking, the better. It’s ideal to begin around March, with the search peaking in May, and ending around July.

Staying in the Know

Oshkosh may be a small town relative to some of the other Fox Valley cities, but it has a special charm about it because of its historic areas. It is also the most distinct “college town” among the other Fox Valley cities.
