I have a lockable one car garage available for storage for an extra fee.
There is a small gas surcharge for 4 months during winter. Jan. thru April only, We can keep all of our Apartments quiet and safe and the rents this low because we care about who we rent to, just like you should care who your neighbors will be.
Apartment Complex and Property are kept Smoke & Vape Free. Anyone applying or planning on living in the apartment must be a Non-Smoker Non Vaper.
We do not rent to anyone who smokes or vapes.
We run a background check on all tenants for credit and criminal history so there is a $45 application fee. Deposit starts at $800.
