The house features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring plenty of room. High speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer / dryer and free street parking/two-car garage adds to your convenience. We offer flexible lease terms, but 1 month is the minimum.
- Main Level: Bathroom, Kitchen and Living Room. 2 Inviting bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, desk and closet.
- Upper Level: A large private bedroom with a ceiling fan, king bed, dresser and walk in closet.
- Lower Level: A spacious fourth bedroom, king bed, ample storage, and an en-suite bathroom. Washer / Dryer located on this level.
-Hangers and hampers are provided in each closet. Fresh linens and towels are also provided.

Pet Policy - 1 dog under 40 lbs allowed. $100 non-refundable deposit and a $300 REFUNDABLE deposit (barring any damage).

-Utilities (gas, electric, water/sewer) are included up to $250/month. Anything over this amount will be the tenants responsibility to pay.
-Trash/recycling and Wi-Fi are included
-Check In at 4 PM / Check Out at 10 AM
-We ask that you treat the property with respect, maintain cleanliness, keep noise levels to a minimum during late hours, and report any damages immediately.
-Smoking is not permitted inside the property or within 20 feet of the property. This includes vaping.
