As a plus the building has central A/C to keep you comfortable on those hot summer nights.

This property does offer an extra large floor plan of 1,600 sq ft, is on the bus line, parking for $79 and is 1 block from UWM, Open Pantry, and 2 blocks from the laundromat. Utilities are not included except for the garden unit which does include up to $100 month towards heat/gas.

Starting rents at $1,899 for 12 month June to May lease. May is end of 2nd semester. We offer a short term,10 month school year lease (August to May) for an additional $200 month.
