I am looking for 1-2 adult (no children) occupants to rent the lower level walkout of my home in Mendota Heights. I am respectful, considerate and live a quiet life. Looking for the same in tenants. I do have a small non-hypoallergenic breed dog.
Space includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchenette, dining area, living room and space in the storage room. There is also a large patio space. I will need minimal access to the lower level for the storage room (at the bottom of the steps) and utilities.
Available May 1st. Rent per month is $1,325 plus $200 for utilities (water, gas, electric, trash, Wifi). Total rent is $1,525.
Each occupant will need to submit an application and screening fee for background, employment and credit check.
Deposit required. No pets. No smoking or vaping on the property. Section 8 is not accepted.
