My experience has been great. The apartment manager Jen has always gotten back to me very quickly and efficiently. Maintenance is always prompt, friendly and communicates issues with repairs done very well. Roxanne who's in maintenance is always a pleasure to deal with. Booslem the caretaker is about the nicest guy you will ever meet and truly cares about the building and residents. With the extra amenities this building has the rent is much lower than comparable apartments. Ive been here for almost 2 years and I plan to stay more years down the line.

I really enjoyed the two years that I lived here! The care taker Bousselam was always up cleaning and making his rounds nightly. He was always timely in communication and helped out whenever I needed anything. If there was a problem with bugs I had the exterminator at my home the next day which I appreciated. One of the residents was rude taking my items out of the dryer and throwing them around the room while they were still wet and leaving nasty notes, but this happened one time, one month before I moved. Overall, my experience was exactly what I needed. Everyone minded their business and was polite. The scene is changing where there are more college students than when I had first moved in. Only moved because I wanted my daughter to have grass and other children to play with.

I had a really good experience here. The building caretaker Bouselam was excellent and was a very helpful and kind person to work with. Apartment manager Jenn was very flexible and helpful for myself and my family. We were in a bind and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a home. This place took care of my family and I cant say enough on how much I appreciated their customer care/service.

I spent a year at this building and only moved out because it was no longer in my budget. Our caretaker Boozelim, was the sweetest most helpful person I've ever met. My building manager, Jenn, made me want to get a third job just to stay. Shes super responsive! The units are HUGE!
