I have lived at Charlton Estates for six years. The heat was turned on each heating season soon enough to satisfy me. When there was a problem with my air conditioner it was attended to. I was never overly hot from lack of a working air conditioner. The electricity only went out when XCEL ENERGY had a problem distributing in the whole area where the apartment is because of a storm or something. I never had food spoil as a result. When the water had to be shut off a short time for maintenance I was notified and there was no trouble. I have felt secure in my apartment and depended upon management.
