I've lived here for a little over a year and have absolutely loved it, but circumstances in my life are requiring me to move...
I've lived here for a little over a year and have absolutely loved it, but circumstances in my life are requiring me to move on and find a new home, so I just signed on to share some personal favorite aspects and highlights of this apartment.
First off, there's free laundry in unit! The laundry room has excellent storage as well. There is ample storage throughout the whole place (there are two of us living here and we still have extra unused storage space in closets and cabinets). The kitchen is huge with enough room for a dining table and the apartment layout is open and gets lots of light. There are gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. One of the bedrooms has a gorgeous and classy shelving structure built into the wall that gets tons of compliments and makes the room feel just a little bit like a library (in a good way - come check it out). The bathroom is not "updated" by any means, but it is spacious and quirky and always ends up being adored by guests! There are two free parking spaces in back. The property is well maintained by the owner. Oh, and the utilities are included!
I know I sound like I probably work for the management company but I don't. I am just a super fan of this apartment and want whoever makes this gem their home next sees all the wonderful things it has to offer!
