!!!!CAUTION TO FIRST TIME APARTMENT HUNTERS!!!! These apartments gave us nothing but stress and run around questions. It first started that when I went in they wouldn't have a opening until February so they was gonna show us another apartment complex they had (we was in a hurry to move) and while we was viewing it she mentioned that at this location a lady wanted to move out because she bought a house that we could just apply for the one we liked (which we also needed because this is there ONLY dog friendly facility) so we put in a application. After we was approved we put a DEPOSIT ON THE APARTMENT WE WAS SUPPOSE TO MOVE INTO THAT WE WAS SUPPOSE TO PUT ON HOLD. So then it started getting 2 weeks until we was suppose to sign the lease so I called and called and called and emailed to get information about renters insurance, if I needed my dogs papers ready, What kinda internet we could have etc and WE COULDN'T GET A SIMPLE ANSWER. It was a run around of we will call you back, someone will call you later and days on end of not hearing nothing etc. At this time there was people who was sick but atleast have someone on the facility to be able to answer simple questions. So literally a week before we was suppose to sign our lease a lady that was new told me they couldn't get ahold of the lady suppose to move out so they didn't think she was and wanted to slide me into another apartment. Few days later I talk to the original girl Kristen and shocker she actually called me instead of me blowing there phones up because they wanted to know if they was gonna be able to keep our money or if we had to give it back and she actually called me 3 times that day (had to talk to the significant other about our choices) so we decided to get the money back since it was a pain in the butt to get a simple answers. But long story short we kept getting run around and couldn't get answers and then she had the nerve to look in my face and say "I hope you don't think this is how we run our business" even tho I had first hand experience. The ONLY pros of these apartments is they didn't try and fight us for our money back.

This property charged me a $150 application and administrative fee with the property manager verbally stating that the $100 administrative fee was refundable and would not run any background/credit report without both the admin and application fee being paid by money order or certified check prior. When I chose to rent elsewhere, the property manager reneged on his word that HE gave stating he was in error and the refunding of the administrative fee was only contingent on the application being denied. This was NEVER specified or shown to me in writing at any point. Glad I dodged a bullet renting with these people. Not trustworthy, not good for conducting business with! All that glitters ISN'T gold! Beware of the low pricing as it's a trap to get you in! Make sure you get everything in writing before you give them a dime of your hard earned money! It'd be wise to spend your money elsewhere in my opinion!

this is a wonderful place to live the staff are all nice and friendly every time i have a problem there here with in a hour or two to check it out even on weekend and holiday there here fast during the summer months a lot of the residents comes together at the pool for cookouts you feel like a family here not just neighbors

Sun Residential is hands-down the best property management team I've ever encountered. I've had my east-end loft for 7 months now and have had nothing but incredible experiences. When I left for work the morning of my birthday, a card signed by the entire team was taped to my door. When a light switch stopped working in my guest room, the friendliest repairman ever stopped by quickly to fix it. The leaders at Sun Residential are doing something right. Their employees are happy, and happy employees = happy tenants.
