This property is extremely ideal for a USC student. It is within the security zone of the university (from 9pm-6am, it has CSC people every block to school), it has secure parking as opposed to parking in an exposed driveway, and it is just a really nice building.
I live in a room facing Vermont and it has a beautiful view of the sunset each night. Also, there is an awesome taco stand across the street by the AutoZone parking lot. I don't go up to the rooftop but whenever I do, it's empty and beautiful.
I like that the units have their own laundry machines.
Although it is a really nice living space, I'm leaving next semester because it's just too pricey for sharing a room and I've found that I err a bit to the OCD side of the organization spectrum. I think I'll be happier somewhere that I can afford my own room.
