Nice experience. If I have any complains it would be the neighbors who live on top who I have to let the manager know about the constant banging and noise they make as they use their living room as a gym as they seem to be personal trainers. There's cracks on the walls and ceiling due to it. Other than that it's the best complex I've lived in.

These Sherman Oaks apartments are nicely renovated. They have stainless steel appliances and new flooring. The manager Rand was super sweet when we went on tour. I am still making a final decision between this community and one other. Most likely I will rent here because of Randi and the fact that It is managed by Moss & Company. I have lived in apartments managed by them before and had a great experience.
