I was lucky enough to move here right before the pandemic started, and I ended up spending nearly all of 2020 at home in this building. Honestly, moving to Madison Hancock Park was my big (and arguably only) win of the year. I absolutely love the location; Ive taken the most beautiful walks around Hancock Park, and the building could not be a more convenient walking distance to shops on Melrose and Larchmont Village. Stephanie is an amazing property manager, and creates a super welcoming environment. And the service supervisor Edwin is the kindest and most helpful person imaginable for keeping everything in working condition. No place is perfect (for example, the walls are a bit thin for sound purposes), but its a supremely comfortable and beautiful space. Overall, this is the first apartment Ive moved to where I knew I wanted to stay here as long as possible.
