This is a tiny home rental. I have a few of these units available, some 2 and some 1 bedroom. These homes average around 350 sqft. Have air conditioning and heating. The unit has a long driveway with a storage shed, privacy fence, and some outdoors space (not fenced.) They are furnished.
Rent includes the home and the space.
Our community has a pool, playground, laundry facility, small basketball court, and outdoor recreation space.
We are pet friendly (with deposit) and we do not charge an application fee. Basic requirements to apply are: have approximately three times the cost of rent in income before taxes (~$4200,) pass a credit check (we do not count medical bills against you and we don't have a specific score we are looking for - we do not approve credit with past evictions or delinquent bills/collections.)
