During the 4 years I live in Twyckenham, I've seen management go thru 3 leasing agents, 4 secretaries, and a couple maintenance members. I was there when the laundry room was updated and when the flat screen inside was stolen. The property was nice and the staff was very friendly. Ever issue I had got fixed right away. Never had an issue with bed bugs, but there was a beehive next throat grew outside the balcony door that caused bees to enter the apartment. That was fixed immediately. Now, that I have built my own place, I'm starting to see small problems with the area. By the way, it's looks like the old management team is now over Overture Flats behind Cracker Barrel.

I've been living at Tywckenham for over 20 years with my mom, and it has its faults, but I consider it a decent place to live. One of the reviews on here mention bedbugs in the townhouses. We live in the townhouses, and we have never experienced bedbugs, or any type of bugs for that matter, except your occasional spider or moth. Management has changed several times over the the years, and maintenance has been cut, making it take longer for them to fix items, but things do get fixed. The current management we have now is incorporating positive changes. They have community events, and just recently implemented a neighborhood watch program. But even before the watch program, I have always felt safe at Tywckenham, even at night taking out the trash and whatnot.

I have lived here for over a year. Now that the managment has changed the complex has done a 180. the people and staff are friendly and helpful

Worst Place I've ever lived. Moved in in March moved out in October, cabinets were falling off, lights blew out, tiling falling off from around the bath tub, sink facet sink open. Never got anything fix after calling numerous of times. Kept telling me that they was ordering the parts, Yeah right!!

The front townhouses have bedbugs!!!!! Don't know about the whole place but the townhouses have bedbugs. I lived there a few years back and not even after two months of living there i found a bed bug in my bed. And the maintenance man showed my roommate a giant bed bug he had got from the apartment from across the street from a townhouse that wasn't even connected to ours.
Another problem besides the bed bugs were the amount of tenants on section 8 housing. Me and my other two rooms paid altogether 850 for a three bedroom, while all of our other neighbors barely paid anything. Needless to to say i will never live there again or sugest anyone lives there, unless you want bed bugs and neighbors who sit on their asses all day and don't work.
