Stay away from that place! terrible management very unprofessional, since the first day we received the keys I reported the smells of urine and cigarette (cigarette butts all over the window frames), clearly the place wasn't cleaned before we moved, also microwave broken, dryer broken, I had to call the health department cos the smells got worst with the summer, plus founded a water leak and mold under the carpet and took them weeks to fix it! apparently they couldn't t find a cleaning supplier that could go to clean the apartment (on emails Ashlyn Cawthon said she was waiting to schedule the cleaning of the unit) but it never happened after 4 months of wait, we end up paying the breaking fee to be able to leave because obviously nothing was going to improve.
