The apartments are nicely redone with modern appliances and finishes. Weve lived here for two years and have gone through several management companies. But hi-management, and the community manager Katie are by far the best ones weve had. Katie and her staff are always very polite and helpful when you need anything and will do their best to accommodate you. The community is great, it is pet friendly, there is ample parking, and great neighbors. We are moving at the end of the week as work has relocated us. But I would definitely recommend living at Madison Flatts.
