I toured a one bedroom this past weekend and absolutely loved the area and the apartment. Paulo was great and answered all of my questions. The one bedroom I toured was a little different and instead of having a fireplace and patio/balcony it had a giant built in bookshelf which I LOVED and would much rather have than a fireplace or patio. The price was great for the size of apartment but it was a little higher than what I'm wanting to spend and the apartment was too big for just me also. If someone was going to live with me then this apartment would be perfect. Definitely check it out if you're interested!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Buildings are falling apart, maintenance requests take 1-2 months, recurring bug problems, my first apt at this complex completely flooded 4 times before I was finally moved to a new unit (took over a month), which brought with it its own issues and no compensation.

UPDATED: 7 months later - New management is in and the complex has been doing better and better, despite my poor experience prior to the changes. I love the new people and I know they have the best of intentions for the complex from here on out.
OLD: Most of the management is more or less nice here however I have a horrible time requesting anything and what feels like little to no care about any complaints I make. I've encountered enough issues since move in to feel the need to leave online reviews in better inform other people.

I have lived here happily for the last couple years, but I must say that after the last change in management, I will not continue to live here once my lease term has ended. The new property manager has the worst customer service skills imaginable, and each conversation leaves me more agitated than before.
