I really was excited about viewing this location. Sadly I had a hard time setting up an appointment. When I did see the property I found out that no person works at the property except the maintenance person. The apartment comes with a high price tag, gives no amenities at all. The tech package is nothing to impressive. I like free cable and internet, but being able to view the person at the door is only a small thing. The real part of this is that no one can enter the building or go up the elevator without a fob. Most places have something similar. The difference is when your friend comes to visit, you will need to ride the elevator down to let them ride the elevator after you buzz them in. The apartments are nice and lit up well. I like some of the features, but it's not like those are unique to this property. I really wanted to live here, but can't justify it, and want more from a community.
