I absolutely love the new management!! I have not been able to attend any of the socials that Denizen has coordinated in order to get to know the residents yet i feel very comfortable with the staff due to interactions over very minor maintenance issues. I even love the little smiley sticky notes that maintenance leaves when they have fixed a problem. My lease ends in March and honestly since Denizen has taken over, i have not thought about leaving!! I appreciate all you do!! I just noticed that speed bumps have been added to the complex!! Love it!! Things just keep getting better.

I have been living here close to a year. I have truly enjoyed my stay. But since new ownership has taken over, things have gotten even better. For example, they are now open on Mondays, and this is very convenient. This is truly a great community to be apart of, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

I have lived at Winchester Crossing for a year. I havent experienced any major issues however, I did notice a lot of ticks over the summer. When I called the office staff was friendly and set up a time to spray promptly. I love the space and layout. The location is very convenient, as most major freeways are less than 2 minutes away. I am definitely renewing my lease and look forward to staying long term.

I have lived here since February and enjoy it very much. The grounds are clean and quiet. I have not had any issues with neighbors or staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Denizen is doing a great job keeping us informed of new plans and wanting to make everyone comfortable and feel at home. I love my townhouse! The layout is great.

I have enjoyed my time at Winchester Crossing. I have lived in this property since it first opened back in 2015 and have not had any issues with the grounds being dirty, maintenance has always been prompt when I address that there is an issue and I appreciate the many renewal specials they offer. I have lived in a lot of places and this has been one of my favorite properties. Keep up the good work! Thanks

Winchester Crossing apartments are amazing. I have lived here for almost 8 months and love it. When something needs fixed or taken care of, maintenance takes care of it. Great and safe neighborhood. Staff and management are nice and helpful. I highly recommend Winchester Crossing.

I truly have to say that since the new management company has taken over I feel better about renewing my lease. It caught me off guard when I called the office and was greeted by such a friendly and professional voice. Her name is Kasey and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. She actually answers the phone and does exactly what she says she will do. I renewed my lease for another year and am excited to see what Denizen has in store. So far their communication has been immaculate and I can only imagine that given more time they can turn this community around. Also, I would like to stress that my apartment is nice and spacious and I have such wonderful neighbors.

Night and Day difference in just a month. My wife and I moved here 2 years ago. And had been thinking about moving when our lease was up. We had a maintenance issue in our apartment that had been going on for months and every time Told the office about it they always just seemed to sort of blow us off. I mentioned it while paying my rent this month to the new management company and they had somebody over there that afternoon and everything was fixed. Very impressed so far. We still have 3 months before our lease is up, but we definitely feel like it's something to really consider. The location is very convenient of us.

New Management company has made such a big difference! Ive always loved the location and the layout of my townhome, but I never felt like previous office staff cared much about me as a client. Denizen Management has really stepped up and doing great things for the people that live here. I finally feel at home. Renewing my lease!

Update as of 9-29-17 the property was recently purchased by denizen. The difference is night and day. They addressed the prior issues my wife and I had. I've have been very impressed with thier care and concern and have little doubt we will have further unsettled complaints. If you see Ardent signage anywhere, turn away. Update as of 7-17-17: i had a wiring short in the upstairs bedrooms, loss of use for several weeks, entry without permission (possible financial info compromise) and length of time for the simple repair took over a month. Ardent is offering nothing for loss of use and other inconveniences. Very disappointing. started out with 5 stars and over a past few months it dropped significantly. The town houses are very nice, well built, spacious layout but expectations keep getting lower. Heres the list 1) I was told my cargo trailer would be acceptable-then after a month I got a notice it would be towed because it wasn't allowed. 2) grass in the back of residence became knee high and ticks consistently crawled in our unit and after months of complaints we spoke with the actual grass crew ourselves and they cut it within hours. 3) ac needed serviced and the technician came after 4 days telling us he would have been there earlier if his paperwork told him to come earlier. 4) we waited months for this pool to open late May and a week after it's open the hours of operation changed from 10pm close to 6pm close. My toddler has been crying for some time after getting locked out of the pool or I would not have been angry enough to write this review. Also for working individuals this limits the use of the pool. 5) trash consistently piles up outside of compactor area. This could easily be eliminated with more non employee maintenance staff. They ask to much of to few people. 6) phone calls only get answered 1 out of 20 times. I don't call anymore I have to stop by the office if I want to find out anything. The pros have been the exceptional townhouse construction. Very nice interiors and photos don't do them justice. The units are also extremly inexpensive on utilities. It's been a while since I lived in an apartment but they're half of what our last house was. We got a seriously sweet financial incentive for signing. Thier office contact person Sara is exceptional but im assuming her hands are tied by thier management. I can imagine how difficult it must be to maintain a community like this. That being said, this place would have killer value at 800 a month it's not there at a $1000. I'm looking forward to seeing improvements and can't wait to raise this to a 5.

This place is very unsafe. Me and my fiance were looking for a little bit bigger of an apartment until we are ready to move into a house, and moving here was probably an ill-advised decision. Within two weeks of moving in, the entire hood of my card was keyed down to the bare metal finish. There are always suspect characters walking around the complex during all times of the day and night. The grass has not been cut in in probably two months, and the property is literally falling apart. Trash is everywhere, and I don't believe its a big priority to clean it up. Im pretty sure it is transitioning to new management, but in all reality this place should be shut down.. If ambulances, police, and fire trucks are your thing at 2AM weekly, then this is your place. Not safe, not clean, not a good living experience. Protect your loved ones and stay away from this place.

Do yourself a favor and don't! If armed home invasions aren't your thing, this might not be the place for you. I have lived in this community for several years now and it has gone downhill severely. First and foremost, I know of two armed home invasions in the community, but almost certainly more. One of them was my neighbor behind me, which was on WSYX news and the other was a work colleague several months ago. In addition, my next door neighbor got both of his rear wheels stolen from his Hummer during the night. If you're okay with theft and armed home invasions, you may be curious to know other things about the community. Another awesome amenity is there are no speed bumps, so that means everyone flies through the parking lot at 35-45 mph, so lock up your kids. Winchester Crossing also spared no expense on parking. There are very few spots as it is and they will not enforce parking rules along with allowing tenants/owners unlimited household members. Had enough yet? I watched someone on a 4-wheeler drive throughout the parking lot on multiple occasions and even up to the clubhouse as the leasing representative was leaving. She didn't even blink, let alone say anything to the person driving the off-road vehicle. Again, lock up your kids and don't even think about taking the dog for a walk. If that's not enough, one last thing. If you have a pulse and can pay the rent, they will lease to you. I can honestly say that I have never seen so many degenerates in my life. I seriously question that they do any sort of background check as many people here look and clearly act like criminals. As the headline states, do yourself a favor and don't bother.

We signed the lease and i asked them before as i am the cosigner on what to submit and everything and after submitting application and Payinv the amount to hold appartment she calls and said she declined the application because of low income. I dont understand if she had clear idea what my income on my paystub shows to her is double than they require. AndShe gives that apt which we had holded to some one else and no wwe dont have any availability. Atleast work and be on ur ethics at work. Dont play with customers.

I ignored the reviews on Rachel. I shouldn't have. My boyfriend and I were scheduled for a tour today. The grounds were fine. But I honestly wanted out of there. The leasing agent named Rachel made us feel extremely unwelcome. From the moment we stepped in the office, to seeing the model, to leaving, she made it seem that we were a burden to her. Let's just say, she is the reason we will not be renting here. We've been looking at many places and have had phenomenal customer service. It's a real shame. Going to Winchester Crossing was a waste of time.

My family moved here in April and absolutely love it. We have great neighbors, the front office staff is wonderful, and the amenities are a nice bonus. They keep the place clean and maintenance has been timely for us. I would definitely recommend moving here!
