This place is D.I.S.G.U.S.T.I.N.G. There are several hallways you pass through in each building. It is like opening a door to a worse smell with each corridor you pass through (mold, old food, wet carpet). When I asked about mold and musty smells they told me "This is Florida..." The office staff are the rudest people I have met to date that manage an apartment building. That woman Susan has a personality disorder, I believe. She will smile at you and make really off-colored jokes while she uses some sort of elitist tone with you (what are you being elitist about, girl?) Make sure to read everything they give you because there are tons of hidden fees and NEVER expect to get your security deposit back. My kitchen floor was a biohazard when I moved in I had to basically annoy them until they replaced it (lol I will probably be billed for that at some point without knowing it....). What else...oh yea there's a gaping hole in the drywall of my building, a creepy ladder that leads into an open gaping hole in the celling of the second floor hallway, the amount of mystery stains and smells on the carpet would take you half a lifetime to count. The "gym" has 5 machines and they don't work too well. Oh, Speaking of broken currently one of six washing machines works. I guess you get what you pay for?? I probably have hella respiratory diseases from living here....

We live at SunBay since 4 months now and we can’t complain in any way. Susan, Jenn, and Stacey are all very kind and try to help wherever they can to make your stay at SunBay perfect. The application process in the beginning was fast, so that we were able to move in almost right away. Thanks again for that! When we moved to our apartment in the third floor, there were just some smaller issues. But after telling Susan, these issues were addressed one day later :-) The landscape this apartment complex is located in is absolutely great. It is surrounded by trees and even has a little duck pond. Furthermore, SunBay has two pools. One bigger one and one smaller one. Both are always well-kept and clean :-) Nice places to relax! To conclude, we like living here a lot! The staff (especially Susan, Jenn, Jimi and Stacey) is always friendly and helpful!
