Terrible. Broken beer bottles, loud music late in the night, and Wu isn’t interested in fixing problems. He let a man call my wife a nig*er because he’s a tenant with kids, and in return we left a month ahead on rent. Palm Bay also had a sex offender living there for 2 years and claims to do background checks on its tenants. Don’t be fooled.

My family and I moved here in 2016, and our year was wonderful. Wendy is a fantastic Manager and always greets you with a beautiful smile. She is always pleasant and was very welcoming to us. Mr. Wu is also great, friendly and outgoing. The management here takes pride in the property and themselves, that says something.
The area is safe, my wife and I would walk at night and never felt threatened. We were never victims of a break-in or had anything done to us. The neighbors are mostly pleasant and friendly.
I would recommend this property to anyone who would like a safe, clean place to live!

I looked at a 2/1 in Palm Bay Apartments that was in need of work. There was a drain spout from the a/c on the roof and spewing down onto the parking area next to the front door sidewalk!
Mr. Jiaxiang Wu was very confused and confusing. He pressured me for a deposit without any written receipt. He kept changing the appointment to pay the deposit and then had the audacity to say that my application was denied because I requested to pay the deposit during office hours! #RatherBHomeless
The environment is dangerous and the manager never post any alert even when a guy was shot in this appartment.
