1) Each tenant and co-signer fills out and submits a credit/criminal background check application. The cost is $60/person.
2) Deposits due at lease signing (in total, not per person):
Refundable Security Deposit: $800
Non-Refundable Redecoration Fee: $1,200
Air Filter Fee: $120 (12 filters for the year)
3) A signed lease and parental guarantors or other approved guarantors to co-sign the lease unless the tenants have an adequate monthly income of 3x the monthly rental rate as well as a 650 or higher credit scores
