Our amenities include a heated pool, private sauna rooms, BBQ grills, a recreation room with pool table and work-out area, and a on-site laundry area with lots of washers and dryers open 24 hours and private, gated with access-controlled entry, carport parking for added security.
The 1 bedroom apartment available is located on the 2nd floor with large closet space, and plenty of cabinet space + large patio. It has upgraded features such as: granite counter tops and laminate flooring. There is also Central Air and Heat, a microwave, dishwasher, and gas stove.

Qualification Requirements/ Pet Deposit:
Pet deposit $500.00 for dogs, $300.00 for cats.
Security Deposit: Half of one months rent on approved credit (Score of 720+), anything below will be reviewed for approval and the security deposit will be determined.
No evictions or recent delinquent marks on credit to be considered for approval.
