Adam Gruber is one of the nicest managers I have met. As you see below he has great reviews. However, he has people under him who needs more training in dealing with tenants. I had to go directly to him multiple times because some of the staff are very rude. However, Adam was always there being nice. Ro was also very cool. Very nice property gated safe community. Only thing is they need better maintenance..

Quieter than most complexes, much more quaint set up, which was quite pleasant in a high traffic college town. Beautiful and spacious apartment, but not necessarily worth the price. Nice enough neighbors & office contacts. My biggest concern is that security appears strong, but was mediocre. Gate(s) were frequently broken or faulty and my car was broken into even in my assigned underground parking spot.
