Ive lived at several different complexes and this has easily been the best and easiest process ever. From me not being in town and Jacob (the property manager) going out of his way to FaceTime me a video tour. To the application process being as smooth as it was.
He even set it up for me to get my to get me my keys to move in on Memorial Day while he was in Europe on his honeymoon!
Any small issues I ran into once I moved, I messaged him in the morning and he would have it fixed and taken care of before I even got home from work that day!
Couldn't be happier and if you're considering moving in. DO IT, but ask for Jacob for his amazingness. (:

I am really impressed with Yarmouth apartments. With so many apartments available right now, there were a lot of apartments to choose from. We chose Yarmouth primarily because it was tucked toward the bottom of the Ave., in a safe area, and the management seemed to have it together. After renting and moving in, absolutely no complaints. The site manager is Jasmine. Best property manager I have had in my years of renting. That is one of the most important things as far as I am concerned. The front door is very secure and always closed, have never come home to see it propped open. Courtyard is clean. We get messages from management on updates and the neighbors are quiet. I give it an A+
